All animals are sacrificed at the end of each month to allow time for preparation and fair distribution. A limited number of animals are available each month. Book early to ensure your place. Your name (or that of a loved one) will be displayed on a banner during the sacrifice — a beautiful way to include the intention and invite du‘a from others.
