Sadaqa Welfare Fund is building a new Masjid in the village of Tashan Mai Alewa in the city of Bauchi, Nigeria. The Masjid will service over 4,500 Muslims living in the village and surrounding areas, with the nearest Masjid being 37km away and difficult for worshippers to travel to.

 

The single level masjid will be a centrepoint for the worship and gatherings of over 700 houses and families living in the locality. Your donation will contribute to all operations at the Majid including the salary of an Imam who will lead congregational prayers, educate and serve the needs of the worshippers. The Masjid will also be able to accommodate up to 1000 worshippers at one time.

 

We are also building a Water & Whudu Station next to Masjid Al Hidayah for ablution for the worshippers as well as a clean water source for over 3500+ people in the village.
